where do I even begin,from the day Anders and his team began work on my house until the day they finished A+ work. But I think the selling point for me was the day Anders came to look the job over to be able to then come back with an estimate. First thing Anders held out his hand to shake mine in introducing himself.( not many do that anymore). one of the things I needed done was new basement stairs. I told him he may just want to look from the top since the bottom 3 weren't even there. Anders went right down them anyways,he took pictures etc. Throughout the remodel Anders would make sure he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Anders has become a family member. Any person he had working with him he'd call me the night before to let me know and make sure all was good. look it's could go on and on,bottom line you want quality work ,with a quality price Anders is your guy! No job to big or too small he can do it all!!

I recently had Anders and his team replace the window and door trim, and do some lead encapsulation on the baseboards of my old home. Anders and his team at AF&F were absolutely amazing. From the beginning Anders was extremely easy to work with. He provided competitive pricing, and the quality of work was excellent. We always felt extremely involved in the process and Anders was always accommodating for us to ask as many questions as we needed to feel comfortable with the work being done. We were on a tight timeline moving in to our new home and their team worked so hard to get everything done by our move in date, working long days and even weekends at times. I felt like they were extremely considerate of the timeline we provided. They left the place perfectly clean, probably better than it was before they started working. We are so grateful to Anders and his team and I will be calling them for any projects I’m looking to have done in the future!!
